The implementation process for schools has been refined to ensure a successful, seamless transition to QuickCliq so that there is minimal disruption for schools.

Our first priority is to understand your schools needs and create a customised solution for you. Once we identify your requirements and you decide to move forward with QuickCliq System we will sign you up and take you step by step through the whole process;

Phase I

Our commitment is made with the schools to implement the online ordering solution.

Phase II

You are introduced to your Account Manager who will note your requirements and the school’s menu and expectations.

Phase III

QuickCliq will create your school’s account, send you the account details and arrange training with you.

Phase IV

Once your training has been completed and signed off, your families are informed.

Phase V

On your first day you will have an Account Manager on hand to assist you. We also assure your ongoing support and guidance to ensure your school reaches it’s goals.

Phase VI

On completion of the process, a formal sign off process will be conducted.

You will have;

• Your own canteen Assistant and Account Manager.

• Customer service from 7AM - 7PM Australia Wide, Monday to Friday

• A weekly repayments and reporting system
