Welcome to QuickCliq. The following are the phases we will guide you through as part of the onboarding process prior to becoming part of our family of schools.


The implementation process for schools has been refined to ensure a successful, seamless transition to QuickCliq so there is minimal disruption for schools.

Our first priority is to understand your schools needs and create a customised solution for you. Once we identify your requirements and you decide to move forward with QuickCliq's online ordering system we will sign you up and take you step by step through the whole process.

Phase 1

We receive completed signup form, confirming your schools desire to use QuickCliq's online ordering system.

Phase 2

You are introduced to your Account Manager who will gather your expectations, requirements and obtain your school’s menu.

Phase 3

QuickCliq will create your school’s account, send you the account details and arrange the training.

Phase 4

Once your training has been completed and signed off, your are ready to share the news and inform your parents.

Phase 5

On your first day you will have an Account Manager on standby to assist you. We also provide you with the ongoing support and guidance to ensure your school reaches it’s goals.

Phase 6

On completion of the process, a formal sign off process will be conducted.
